  1. Validate legal/fiscal requirements documents for all COC (Customers Own Collection) Tank Lorries

  2. Route all COC induction to Operations Team and get all required approvals prior to induction

  3. Coordinate with all Depot Teams and inform of successful COC TL induction

  4. Update COC Database as and when required

  5. Monitor Tracker Violation reports on a weekly basis and perform sample checks on detailed tracker reports

  6. Monitor and report expiry dates of all time bound requirements (eg Drivers License, CNIC, Explosives license etc)

  7. Report out and implement all consequence management to be performed on all violations

  8. Send out weekly summary of all Inducted COCs to Retail and T&S teams with the updates
