General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring of demand and indicating to procurement department in case of inventory is below reorder level on daily basis.
Reply to emails on urgent basis.
Monitoring and Reviewing GRN and Issue note on daily basis.
Submission of Complete GRN Set to Finance for processing of payments on every Tuesday and Friday after verifying all documents are attached as per checklist.
Monitoring and reviewing inspection of goods, quantity received and receiving obtained by Store staff on daily basis.
Monitoring and Review of physical stock taking conducted by Store Staff on monthly basis.
Monitoring and Review of conversion of manual indent in to system.
Giving receiving to vendors on delivery of goods and also mentioning receiving date, sign and stamp on Hashmanis invoice copy.
Evaluating why GRN Set is not processed for payment to finance and immediate intimate to concern department along with copying finance department personnel.
Monitor department personnel have issue note before taking out goods from premises of stores and such note is signed by stores.
Ensuring that delivery is not received without approved purchase order.
Co-ordination with all hospital department and branches to fulfill their requirement.
Any other tasks as assigned by Senior Finance Manager.
