HRSI is looking “Customer Service Executive” for one of its clients.
Education:
- Intermediate / Bachelors
Salary:
- 25,000 per Month.
Job Type:
- 6 Months (Contractual Position)
Total Experience:
- 1 – 2 Years in Customer Service.
Gender:
- Male / Female (Pick and Drop facility available for females only).
Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via chat.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
- Learn the psychology of Internet customers and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
- Learn product to provide the most accurate responses to customers.
- Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions
- Respond to customers in an expected timely manner and can manage multiple chats at a time.
- Handle problems of the customer and provide resolution as per the SOP.
- Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
