One of our client is looking for candidates for the position of “Customer Services Officer (Branch Banking)”

Industry: Banking

Location: Karachi

Grade: OGIII to OG I

Experience:

2+ years of relevant banking experience Applicant working in banks like HBL, SCB, JS, Faysal are encouraged to apply.

Education:

Minimum graduation in business/commerce from a HEC recognized institution.
Master’s in business/commerce would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

To ensure that service requirements of walk in / new to the bank customers as well as existing customers are timely fulfilled.
Able to understand the customer’s banking requirements and then guide the customers through product presentations for choosing proper products and services
To make sure that all documents as per the regulatory requirements / internal policies are obtained from customers from time to time.
Ensuring maintenance of relationships with branch’s high net worth clients.
Ensuring branch ambiance is of the highest standards.
To facilitate the customers in account opening and fulfill all required due diligence formalities
To ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies in all stages of customer relationship
Skills Required:
Strong command over related regulatory policies, Good spoken and written business English, Service mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Complaint Management
