HRSI is looking for candidates for the role of" Customer Services (Customer Services / Customer Queries)" for one of the E-commerce clients based in Karachi.

Job Type: Job Timings: 9 to 5 Morning, (Sunday On if required)

Education: Inter (Fresh Can also apply) Experience: at least 6 months at any call center.

Contractual Period: Regular / extendable on performance-based.

Salary Range: 25k + Incentive + Medical.

(Note): fluent in English / Communication skills. Communication, Education; Initiative; Problem-Solving

Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively with customers and sellers and prospects via voice.
Direct customers/sellers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
Able to understand sellers' requirements and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
Learn products in order to provide the most accurate responses to customers/sellers.
Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
Respond to customers/sellers in an expected timely manner and can manage multiple chats at a time.
Handle problems of the customers/sellers.
Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies
