Requirements:           

  • Experience 1-2 years 
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail is imperative. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing and deadline-driven business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and manage the data on software for new hires, existing employees, and temporary workers.
  • Ensure employee filing and documents are maintained and updated on a regular basis.
  • Opening bank accounts of new employees and ensuring smooth process till handing over. 
  • Addition, deletion, or correction of outsourced employees’ data for insurance for life and medical and medical claim processing 
  • Responsible for Issuance of Job cards of new employees, dispatching payslips, employee letters, and Employee Health, EOBI Cards. 
  • Preparation of Full and Final Settlements.
  • Following up with the clients for the submission of ESSI data.
  • Provide administrative support to employees; All kinds of queries via call/email 
  • Responsible for the recruitment of all clients (if any).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by interacting with clients and their employees on a timely basis to discuss all operational matters.
