Must have exposure of working as a company secretary.
Should have a Bachelor’s in law (LLB) / Postgraduate (LLM) or any relevant qualifications along with certifications and memberships from certified professional bodies.

Professional Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of Banking Companies Ordinance, Companies Act, Company Secretarial Practices, Company Laws, Rules, and State Bank’s Prudential Regulations, Listing Regulations of Stock Exchanges, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
Good understanding of Corporate Law, Litigation Regulations, Banking Laws in Pakistan, and Civil Procedure Code (CPC).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
