HRSI is looking “HSSE Supervisor” for one of its E-Commerce Client.

Support the HOD, HSSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the departmental objectives are met.
Provide support to Project, ops ex and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Support the HSSE Manager in ensuring HSSE compliance and perform regular HSSE audits in the area of business operations.
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSSE related matters.
Ensure training, meetings, and drills are implemented as part of company HSSE program, i.e. emergency response plan, etc.
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSSE Manager.
Track and provide regular HSSE performance reporting to the Departmental head.
Assist in the development of projects, EHS procedures specific.
Conduct HSSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
Assist in ad-hoc HSSE tasks/projects as required.

Requirements:

Experience in the field of safety, WH and administration.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience of EHS.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HSSE management systems is highly preferred.
Able to work independently and meticulously.
Must be willing to travel at short notice.
