Day to day office operations, exercising the utmost discretion always.
Managing support operation of the team.
Managing driver schedule and routes
Manage Telephone Calls to vendors and customers
Managing live chat and WhatsApp conversations with both vendors and customers to coordinate deliveries and orders efficiently
Performs other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Able to communicate as required, verbal and written in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Computer Literate including Microsoft Office
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Open to Sharing of the information on time and discussion of difficulties on time
Committed to self-improvement in order to achieve career goals.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Operations & Administration
