REQUIREMENTS

A good command on Sabre (ticket booking platform)
Must know how to research for flights and what information will be required to process the queries.
Can advise clients on travel arrangements
Must have telemarketing experience and great communication skills
English language is a must (spoken and written)
Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an “I can” attitude
Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the company
Must be punctual

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary job is to be on the phone!
Know how to identify the needs of the clients and present best offers by finding economical flights.
Taking leads and converting them in to the sales.
Keep client files up to date by maintaining detailed records.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Meeting sales targets
