HS Global Consultants recently open their office in karachi and looking for a young, dynamic, confident, motivated and highly-organised Full-time Customer Relationship Officer

The key responsibilities for this position will include:

Assistance in Admissions
Social Media Marketing
Correspondence with clients
Provide support day to day administrative tasks

About you:

Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Proactive approach to work
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Be Flexible & have the ability to multi-task
Friendly, outgoing and can-do attitude
Basic computer knowledge (word, email and Excel)
Have experienced working in a student consultancy office (Desirable but not essential)
Minimum graduate from reputable institute
