HS Global Consultants recently open their office in karachi and looking for a young, dynamic, confident, motivated and highly-organised Full-time Receptionist.

The key responsibilities for this position will include:

Answering phone calls
Be the first point of contacts for all walk ins
Data Entry
Maintain a clean and organised office environment
Social media assistance & marketing
Adhoc duties as requested

About you:

Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Proactive approach to work
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Be Flexible & have the ability to multi-task
Friendly, outgoing and can-do attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Have experienced working in a student consultancy office (Desirable but not necessary)
