Investment Consultant

UAE’S leading real estate group/conglomerate based in Dubai seeks applications from talented, goal-oriented individuals to join their sales team in Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi. The ideal candidate has worked previously in the Real estate business with experience in sales.

Job Description:

The role focuses on selling the company range of products via prospecting or during sales launches thereby achieving/over-achieving the assigned sales target, ensuring high customer satisfaction with the entire sales process.

Performance-driven Culture: what will be expected from you:

Continuously build & enhance the channel partner network (Real estate consultants) to generate new business
Recruit local and international channel Partners/REC to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties.
Research, prospect, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
Capture leads and prospects and maintain a database.
Represent the company during exhibitions and events
Maintain and develop new business opportunities with existing customers
Handle customer query’s in a professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service.
Market and promote the company’s products locally and globally through social media and corporate channel networks.
Advise investors on options of Real estate investment opportunities with the company
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
Updating CRM regularly
Achieving client relationship targets and goals/KPI’s as set by HOD-sales
Liaising with intended departments to ensure customer needs we met
