Job Description:
The role focuses on selling the company range of products via prospecting or during sales launches thereby achieving/over achieving the assigned sales target ensuring high customer satisfaction with the entire sales process.
Performance-driven Culture: what will be expected from you:
· Continuously build & enhance the channel partner network(RECS) to generate new business
· Recruit local and international channel Partners/rec to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties.
· Research, prospect, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
· Capture leads and prospects and maintain a database.
· Represent the company during exhibitions and events
· Maintain and develop new business opportunities with existing customers
· Handle customer query’s in a professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service.
· Market and promote the company’s products locally and globally through social media and corporate channel networks.
· Advise investors on options of RE investment opportunities with the company
· Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
· Updating CRM regularly
· Achieving client relationship targets and goals/KPI’s as set by HOD-sales
· Liaising with intended departments to ensure customer needs we met
