Dynamics 365 Development Team Lead

HSB Technologies is hiring for a US project with AMB Solutions PVT Ltd a subsidiary of USA-based AMB Consulting Inc consulting for FTSE 250 in the USA. Shortlisted Candidates will be interviewed by the team in the USA.

Acts as a leader for other software engineers.
Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring cutting-edge technical and industry knowledge.
Communicates with the US-based lead to understand business opportunities and work with the development team to create solutions.
Performs code reviews of the developer’s work product to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Creates detailed functional and technical specifications that can be consumed by the Business users and developers, respectively.
Performs proofs of concept, evaluates their results, and makes recommendations.
Drives the technical team to deliver to agreed schedules.
Works with architects on the design and creation of systems.
May perform certain aspects of requirement definition, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.
Provides consultation on complex projects.
Manages their own work in coordination with business needs.
Provides a leadership role for the organization through software engineering knowledge. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Requires at least ten years of professional experience using:
X++ or C#, and
SQL Server, and
MS Dynamics AX, with a concentration in Finance and Operations, and
SSRS or Management Reporter reports
Requires at least five years of professional experience using:
Azure products and tools and knowledge of Azure DevOps tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the demonstrable ability to present solutions and experience working with multiple stakeholders
