Arrange the stock room of all store in proper order for audit convenience
Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory store wise
Review inventory counts and balance accuracy
Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions
Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
Keeping in touch of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes
To perform special audits, announced and unannounced
To review cash control, safety, security and inventory procedures.
To reduce inventory shrinkage and cash losses in assigned audit division
Report and correct identified violations
To manage store to store stock movement and transfer orders.
To manage and record all store claims, Exchanges and all Transfer IN/OUT
Any other task assigned by management
