We are looking for someone who is skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data entry purposes i.e efficient in managing data using excel's features.
A little about our company:
- We are a services company that is managing multiple Amazon accounts for clients based in the USA.
- These accounts mainly operate on Amazon FBA/Wholesale model.
A little about the vacancy:
We are interested in hiring someone who can handleour Purchase Order management. PO management maily consists of the following:
- Creating and sending purchase orders to vendors using Quickbooks Intuit.
- Keeping track and managing all the purchase orders with respect to their order ship date.
- Updating the status of each PO e.g. acknowledged, cancelled or invoiced etc
- Communicating with the vendor for follow up, if the need occurs.
- Baseline walk thorugh on the process will be provided
A little about our requirements:
- Should be skilled in advance excel features
- Should be familiar with Quickbooks intuit
- Should be good in English language for communication with Vendors on emails
- Should be a team player
- SHould be able to join our team in person (Location: Phase 7, Bahira Town, Rawalpindi)
Office Timings, Salary and Incentives:
- Starting salary for this vacancy is Rs 40,000. However more skilled/experienced person will be paid accordingly.
- Office timings will be from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with a flexible 45 min break - i.e. can be taken any time).
- Vacations based on US festivals only (Not on Pakistani festivals - may allow work from home)
- 5 sick leaves and 14 annual leaves provided.
- Bonus will be paid during extra work days.
