Providing technical advice, guidance and expertise on the state of satellite Operations,

coordinating properly with the relevant parties to ensure that systems are fully operational before tuning to live coverage.

Respond to operational issues to resolve platform and Satellites Operations problems.

Resolve any Hardware issues and liaise with suppliers for the replacement of faulty hardware.

Planning and Implementing change at approved time windows.

Manage and Monitor Software systems of SNG.

Manage third party suppliers, chases for updates, manage products, TAC cases and service SLAs.

Shift/on-Call requirement within the role.
