Position Description: HDF has signed an outreach partnership with a private sector microfinance bank to increase farmer’s access to finance. Under the partnership, HDF will identify and mobilize farmers/clients for availing financing facility. The Area Manager is responsible to develop and implement sales strategy in his/her respective region in line with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of designated regional target.
- Visit field to ensure fulfillment of client selection criteria.
- Maintenance and strengthening of relationship with the partner.
- Maintain accurate business records in database.
- Coordinate and supervise business in the assigned area.
- Responsible for sharing of daily weekly monthly progress with management.
- Organize weekly staff meetings to discuss on business updates and issues.
- Coordination to plan, develop and implement the M&E mechanism in his assigned region.
- Evaluate team performance and implement staff development plans.
- Project a positive attitude and act as the role model for Social Organizers.
- Attend departmental and area meetings to share business ideas and project status information.
- Understand employee concerns and resolve them effectively.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with his team to address any violations of rules and regulations.
- Stay updated on latest microfinance trends.
- Facilitation in staff hiring
- Training of Social organizer.
- Maintain accurate business records in database.
Minimum Requirement
Qualification:
- BA/B. Com/BS
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ sales Experience with preference in Microfinance.
Skill Set:
- Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Public relation
- Resource mobilization and Monitoring
- Proficiency in local language
