HRE – Human Resources Exigence Require CSA for one of its client located at Gujranwala
The incumbent will be responsible for
- The CSA is required to answer the customer's queries through emails and live chat on the websites and other social networks.
- The Candidate must have a good grip on English writing.
- Must know MS Office (word, excel, ppt etc)
- Must be computer and internet friendly
- Can do Multitasking
- Above average IQ level
- Minimum A levels or above qualification
- Sometimes the CSA will need to stay for long hours due to online workshop support.
An overtime payment will be made for this.
