One of our top client in steel industries required HR Officer for their head office based in Karachi. Job Description: • Speak with the concerned departments to understand their new employee requirements and assist in fulfilling those requirements. • Coordinate with HR firm & shortlist required candidates. • Facilitate in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments of candidates. • Learn the company culture & company policies to make better recruiting decisions. • Cross-check& verify candidate qualifications & references. • Arrange management interviews by coordinating the schedules for management & new applicants. • Maintain and update employee records and human resource information systems. Experience & skills required: • 2 to 3 years prior work experience in an HR related role. • Bachelor/Master in any HR related field. • The successful candidate should have creative sourcing capabilities, exceptional people skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
