HRE – Human Resources Exignece Require Manager Accounts & Tax For One Its Clients Located At Lahore

Ideal Incumbent will be from IT Industry & responsible for:

Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
Monitor and analyze accounts data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
Manage and coordinate annual audits
Maintain tax balances on general ledger
Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Meet financial accounting objectives
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Provide recommendations
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
