Key Responsibilities
· Lead and inspire a team of experienced Solution Consultants (Presales) who help our customers understand the value of our products.
· Share your experience with the Sales team and help the business achieve revenue goals through your team’s active contribution to the sales cycle.
· Continuously develop your own and your team’s skills and competencies.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years direct people management experience.
· An incumbent of ERP/EPM Presales plays an active part in the sales process, so previous relevant experience working in a Sales environment would be advantageous.
· Your business knowledge in ERP/SCM/EPM is also important to promote value to customers directly and guide the team to position our products to new customers.
· Your organization recognizes you as a top performer.
· Strong academic background from one of Business, Production, MBA, etc.
· Fluency in English is essential.
