We are looking for candidates with experience of IT support background for night shift (7pm to 4am).

Location: Jail Road, Lahore Pakistan

Shortlisted candidate will be responsible to work as part of a bigger team and will be in charge of the following tasks:

System administration
Network security
Problem-solving
Information security policies
On-call network troubleshooting
Cisco, Mikrotik and Netgeat Expert
Firewall administration
Network protocols
Routers, hubs, and switches
Informing others
Process improvement
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
