Assistant Manager - VSAT Operation

Responsibilities and Duties:

Must have knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of iDirect VSAT Networks.
Knowledge and managing of L2 and L3 devices.
Must have experience on iBuilder and iMonitor (NMS) tools for monitoring and creating new remotes.
Handling remote complaints by diagnosing the issue at RF level.
Give feasibility to business team of any new site over VSAT.
Inventory management and tracking of VSAT HUB and remote items/equipment.
Strong knowledge of iDirect HUB while corresponding with international technical team with respect to teleport issues at RF level.
Excellent knowledge of satellite access technologies and earth stations.
Knowledge of iDirect Network HUB, chassis, PP, NMS and line cards.
Working experience iDirect remote terminals evolution X1, X3, X5 and X7, Etc.
Working experience and solution designing of iDirect and SCPC product.
Handle and attend international customers of their VSAT links-TS, Installations and PM of Wine Gard Self Deploy
Skid Mount and QD Tripod Antennas.
Bachelors of Engineering in Telecommunication from an HEC recognized university.
Relevant experience in Telecom industry of 3-4 Years.
