The individual will be responsible for:

Monitoring & maintaining Data Center IT & Power Network as per standards.
Monitoring & managing day-to-day operations of Datacenters.
Ensuring that Data Center SOPs are followed in day-to-day operations.
Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being followed accordingly.
Worked with support ticketing systems, managing assigned tickets and providing appropriate follow-up, resolving with meeting service catalog guidelines.
Manage and maintain all Data Center documentation.

Specifications

BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
Fresh or 1+ Year experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
Experience with Emerson/Vertiv, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU, and environmental control hardware (HVAC units) will be preferred.
Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
