- Support in end-to-end coordination for new joiner onboarding

- Handle EOBI and SESSI online portals and manage the payments accordingly
- Company ID Card and SIM Issuance to new and existing employees
- Issuance of employment letters, visa correspondence letters, experience letters, NOC etc.
- Provide proactive support to HR leads in organizing international & regional events and provide support in organizing various local events including long service awards, Eid, Birthdays and Independence day celebrations to enhance employee experience.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in HR Operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
