Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
- Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software.
- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master in computer science from an HEC-recognized university.
- Relevant experience in the Telecom industry of 3-4 Years along with CCNA certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
