We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes

Key Deliverables

Manage information technology, computer systems, and network.
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
Establishes relationships with technology and component vendors
Manages departmental budget and tracks spending on equipment and staff
Develops and maintains emergency plans to address equipment, power, or security failure to ensure the preservation of technology and data

Job Specifications:

6+ years experience in a systems and network administration role
Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
Leadership, Management, Staffing, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Computers, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Working Under Pressure, Ability to Meet Goals
Microsoft, Linux, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, ITIL, PMP Certifications

(MCSA/MCSE, CCNA.,CCNP,ITIL,PMP,MCSA/MCSE, CISM/CISSP,NSE, VM ware etc )
