Job Role includes:
· Actively promote and develop the company's services and product by visiting customer locations.
· Conduct daily calls to arrange meetings with potential accounts to prospect for new business.
· Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
· Proactively manage and develop close relationships with all accounts and gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
· Seek to gain maximum market share from your accounts
· Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer.
· Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
· Meet sales targets as predefined by the Management.
· Prepare account plans to meet sales targets and maintain relationships
· Ensure a smooth transition of new business using agreed best practice.
· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
· Complete sales reports, manage their own Pipeline reports in accordance with the company quality procedures.
· Maintain timely and accurate information for all customer visits and opportunities within the system.
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
