About Us: Hurak is a UK based company with a new branch in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan. Hurak is a classroom and online training provider offering adult education in the following sectors: health and safety, security, first aid, food safety and teaching.

Your primary focus will be creating the illustrations/animations and visual concepts for our eLearning courses.

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 11:00 – 20:00 (including 45 minutes unpaid rest break)

Usual workdays: Sunday to Friday

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 PKR

REQUIRED

· Strong portfolio in Graphic Designing

· Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Adobe Illustrator Photoshop, Indesign and Coral Draw X3/X5

· Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations and animations.

· Refine individual assets and build up a library of illustrations, animations, assets,

· Use various colours, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept.

· Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen)

· 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

Education and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer illustration, fine arts, motion design, graphic design, or related field

Responsibilities

· Prepare rough drafts according to requirements.

· Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations.

· Refine designs with illustration software.

· Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques

· Use various colours, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept.

· Format images using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

· Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex shapes.

· Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and color standards.

· Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new ideas, patterns, and styles.

· Experience with web design.

· Develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, reports etc.

· Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software.
