- Arrangements and deliverance of hygiene promotion sessions to targeted community.
- Conducting the targeted hygiene promotion sessions with complete record keeping and pictorial proofs.
- Must have to submit weekly and monthly plan and progress report.
- Detail assessment of the area of intervention and preparation of survey report before and after the hygiene sessions.
- Will have to report to his/her line manager both weekly and monthly basses.
- Ensuring the conduction of targeted better health/cleanliness campaigns and mobilizing the community for the participation.
- Design hygiene sessions with awareness about use of safe water for drinking and provide easy methods for making water safe for drinking.
- Groups or child brigades, to ensure the community’s involvement in the all project activities as well as other child related activities
- Will have to conduct Pre KAP, Post KAP and Base Line survey which/when ever asked by immediate supervisor
- Must have to submit weekly, monthly plan and progress report.

Essential:
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications (Bullet Points)
· Graduate / Master Degree holder in social science.
· Organizational and coordination skills.
· Ability to create, composes, edits the field record.
· Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a multicultural community.
· Knowledge of Social Mobilization Hygiene Promotion.
· Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
· Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
· Command on MS Office, use of internet and emails
Experience (Bullet Points)
· 6 months with Master / 1 year with Bachelor degree in national/international organizations preferably in emergency response, Knowledge of sphere standards is desirable
