Job Description:

Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment.
Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time.
Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.

· Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests.

· Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.

· Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
