Executive Project Coordinator

A multinational fitness gear ecommerce brand is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to be part of executive management team to work directly with CEO to keep him up to date on different Project and assignments at departmental level through timely reporting. Candidate must be able to understand dictations & directions, explore, learn and research the assignment and report back. Ability to learn and research with understanding of data analytics for data driven reporting will be huge plus. Exceptional communications skills is mandatory requirement as liaising with international stakeholders is required on day to day basis.

Education

· Bachelors Or Masters in Business studies / Project Management will be preferred

· Certification in Project Management/Agile will be a plus

· Certification in Digital Marketing will be a plus

Experience

· At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or Executive coordination role in a multinational brand will be preferred.

Skills

· Exceptional written and spoken communication skills

· Ability to manage time, multi-task and self-organize

· Ability to research and learn for understanding and advising on any subject matter

· Experienced with project management tools

· Ability to take briefing and translating the requirement into actionable task

· Keeping project management system up to date for CEO tasks. Liaising with relevant departments to get latest updates on tasks and projects. Prepare daily executive briefing for the CEO on assignments.

· Exceptional Microsoft office understanding for advanced reporting and analysis. Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI will be a plus.

· Ability to draft emails, research reports and proposals will be mandatory.

· Flexible availability in different time zones if required
