Team Lead- Business Development

Team Lead needs to be the one who is ready to accept the challenges and is self-driven. Experience on business to business sales will be preferred while call center experience will be a plus. He needs to be the one who possess exceptional communication & selling skills along with business understanding, knows how to manage team & execute day to day tasks along with achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly goals.

Key Skills

· The Business Development team lead needs to be someone who is ready to accept the challenge.

· Is self-motivated, hardworking and driven.

· Has experience in business to business sales.

· Needs to possess exceptional English speaking, writing and selling skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability work with a CRM system.

· Must be presentable, be familiar with using social media and LinkedIn.

· Comfortable working in night shifts.

· Possess exceptional spoken and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

· Know how to define strategies & plans to achieve defined targets

· Be able to manage team, and day to day activities evaluation

· Prospecting cold/warm calls to be checked to ensure if they are up to the mark

· Searching new prospecting methods & tools to ensure efficiency in prospecting

· Any other business development activity as required by the Manager.

· Validation & evaluation of daily reports of resources.
