We are looking for a skilled Female to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. She will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Reporting to the Hr department.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Maintaining Leave record of employees.
- Maintain candidate pool.
- Prepare of documents, drafts, letters, and emails
