Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelors
  2. Minimum 01 year experience in the relevant field
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Office
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
  7. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
  8. Study product porotype and talk with product designers and developers
  9. Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
  10. Organize and write supporting documents for products such as Requirement specifications, Financial specification, Design documents etc.
  11. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
  12. Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
  13. Standardize content across platforms and media
  14. Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
  15. Revise documents as new issues arise
  16. Works with sales and marketing team to ensure that the finished documentation meets product requirements
  17. Questionnaire

  1. DFD data flow diagram
  2. ERD entity Relationship Diagram
  3. Flow chart
  4. USE cases
  5. Test cases
  6. Requirement Specification documents (BRT)
  7. Functional Specification Documents.
