Business Analyst / Product Manager - Software

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating product requirements documentation for software, website and mobile app.
Manage backend administrative software in support of product rollouts and ongoing operations.
Work with designers to develop graphics for software, mobile app and website.
Write and edit content for website, blogs and press releases in conjunction with PR team.
Able to follow up and respond to all communication in a timely manner.
Able to react and change-course to drive results at a moment’s notice.
Many aspects of the position will change as client needs change.
Competitive and market research.
Analyze trends such as web traffic and app downloads.
Create and appropriately organize/file documents internally.

Required Education & Skills:

BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Strong communication skills – you must enjoy interfacing across all levels of the company and across multiple disciplines.
Some exposure to technical areas like Database and Software Development (preferred)
Interested in pursuing career in Business Analysis and Product Management
Ability to prepare wireframes using modern wireframing and prototyping tools
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
