Job Specification:

People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign or who worked as a cab controller will be preferred.
Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British).
Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
Excellent skills in Customer Management.Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
Self-motivated.Good team player.
Ability to multi-task.Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
Goal-oriented, determined, and high-achiever.
