We are looking for enthusiastic Males/Females for our US-based client

Job Role:

Managing all queries of existing/new clients.
Giving quotations fulfilling client's needs.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
Resolve problems and assist customers.
Accurate data input and maintenance of client information
Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in British/American accents.
Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
Time management skills.
Must be sharp in customer dealing.
Proven experience of customer services role

Timings:

1800 Hrs- 0700 Hrs (Monday - Friday) or as per client's demand.
