Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of basic principles, development and implementation of HR & Admin initiatives and systems.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Should be able to provide counseling on policies and Procedures and Motivational code of conduct for employees.
- Develop training and development programs and Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
