We require Corporate TraineeTo acquire Training with regard to Corporate Affairs to be conducted through Security Exchanage Commission of Pakistan (SECP)/State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)/Intellectual Property Organisation (IPO)

1. Registration of Private Ltd Companies/Listed Companies

2. Winding up of the Companies

3. Changes of Companies Directors

4. Registration of Companies Mortgages & its modifications

5. Filing of Companies Accounts

6. Filing of Companies Annual Return in Form "A" & "29"

7. Filing of other related compliances pertaining to Companies Ordinance-1984

8. Visits to SECP/SBP/IPO and coodrdinate with concerned officials in order to process the above cases
