Job Description

· To Share on-line information with regard to products

· To be courteous and detail oriented in providing all options of the products

· To Note down itemized customer orders

· To Note dawn the customer queries and promptly pass on to the concerned corner

· To Forward customer orders to the dispatch team

· To handle all customer queries with prompt

· To provide all interim status/updates of the deal to the stake holders
