You will be responsible for:
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Follow up prospects for sales
- Managing client’s proposals
- Develop long term relationship with clients
- Educate clients on new products and services.
- Provide weekly report if requested by team’s manager
- Manage prospects and customers using the CRM tool preferably ZOHO
- Keep a track of sales and leads
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability
Your Skills:
- Fluency in English is a must as the market we are targeting is US, Canadian & Latin America
- 3 year plus telemarketing experience, out bound sales will be an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and complete given task in a specific time frame
- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
- Good with communication
- Self-motivated, with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with company needs/work flow demands
- Proficient with computer programs (i.e., Windows, Excel, Word)
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Diplomatic and Engaging with customers
- Result oriented
- Excellent customer service skills

- Revenue vs. targets
- Outbound calls
- Demo’s presented to clients
- Client relationship
- Client retention
