Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of test plans to ensure systems requirements are met.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Ensure all web products being developed are bug free and cross browser /and cross platform compatible.
Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
Take the ownership of quality deliveries in projects for integration area .
Create technical and specification documents.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:

Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and hands on experience of at least one year in the domain of QA.
Strong knowledge of Software QA Methodologies, Tools and Process (Manual +Automation)
In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QC, QA process, methodologies, tools, Agile/Scrum development process is a must.
Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail
Strong communication/presentation skills (written and verbal).
Ability to communicate with developers and product owners clearly and effectively.
Ability to translate Design Requirements to Test Requirement.
Basic understanding of programming concepts.
Experience in bug reporting tools.
Identify Areas of Improvements.
Knowledge of SW development and project life cycle
