IdeasUnlimited LLC is an established BPO company looking for work-from-home (WFH) professionals. Currently, we need a Digital Marketing Manager who can speak English fluently. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or any other relevant field from a reputable University.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
Experienced in planning, managing, and executing Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Ability to manage Digital Marketing projects effectively from initiation to end.
Experienced in leading Digital Marketing teams.

OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one).
Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB RAM).
Power and internet backup.

SHIFT SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 5 PM US CST (i.e. 8 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time) with a one-hour break.

COMPENSATION:

Market competitive (depending on experience and skill set).
Paid Leaves, performance, and other bonuses.
Yearly increments and certificates of achievement.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This is a career-level WFH opportunity. We are a US-based company, and you will be requested to through our recruitment process and provide the relevant legal documents if hired.
We will be using monitoring software to check your work efficiency and productivity daily. The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism of the industry.
You will be signing a work agreement with our company. You will need to provide all the necessary legal documents to complete the hiring process.
