· Develop and implement QA QC policies and procedures to ensure the consistent and right product quality in all Personal Care units
· Develop quality systems for products of private label and contract manufacturing
· Lead the process of certification with cross functional teams for all Personal Care units
· Monitor and lead the process of surveillance audits and continual improvement of ISO 9001 -2015, 14001 & 18001, HACCP, health & hygiene standards, with incessant trainings & monitoring through ISO, GMP and Halal audits.
· Ensure compliance to requirements of various certifications and internal and external audits
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Pakistan for Personal Care and Home Care products
· Develop quality procedures for products associated with Hard Surface Cleaners, toilet cleaners and other products in the form of liquids, powders and gels
· Develop and analyze statistical data and product specification to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
· Identify quantitative quality parameters to determine the defects similar to QDI for non-bar products
· Conducting the QC check of RM/PM and the finished goods on daily basis.
· Picking up samples from the line and conducting QDI/ analysis once on daily basis from all the lines.
· Receiving the RM/PM samples and analyzing it to confirm the specification.
· Lead and supervise microbiological testing from raw material to finished products, water testing, environmental testing, total Microbial Load and required bacterial, mold and yeast analysis etc.
· Co-ordinate and Support R&D for product sample analysis, PSQCA registration.
· Development, implementation & monitoring of sanitation & CIP procedures to ensure effectiveness against resistant microbial load from the dead spaces of the equipment.
· Analyzing the production sample for all the parameters for every shift and recording it.
· Generate NCRs for RM/PM and FG of all the PC products produced in the plant which do not confirm the standards.
· Do spot check for the process staring from the RM mixing to the finished product.
· Time to time checking and evaluating the quality of products stored inside the warehouse to make sure that the product is of right quality.
