Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of the Marketing and Sales strategy in the business unit, aligned to the business objectives. Drive overall performance of the Marketing and Sales function within the business unit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading all aspect of Sales & Marketing Management and new business development activities which also include long term sustainable, setting accounts goals and objectives and ensure achievement.
  • To meet the targeted and budgeted marketing contribution while balancing an optimum product mix.
  • Ensure all order contracted are manufactured and dispatched as per contractual terms ensuring that all sale proceeds are received as per contract.
  • To ensure customer loyalty by monitoring the service and satisfaction levels constantly and making suggesting for improvement of the systems, processes and product development.
  • To upgrade subordinate staff skills through a process of training,coaching,delegation and monitoring while overall responsibility monitoring.
  • To prepare report on company performance on a regular basis to highlight the opportunities and challenges faced by the company so that the decision on changes.

IFFCO is a United Arab Emirates based business conglomerate that manufactures and markets a well integrated range of mass-market consumer products. It entered Pakistan in the year 2005, by acquiring two companies Evian and BOT on January 16, 2006. IFFCO Pakistan began its sales operations in the month of May 2006, by launching and actively marketing its various international brands in major household categories. The brands are namely, Golden Sun and Aghaaz in the cooking oil and banaspati ghee category. Later, other brands in the same category were launched as well, such as Evian targeting institutions, and Sunny cooking oil with a new packaging innovation targeting the pouch consumers segment of the market. Moreover, it is also engaged in trading of other food categories such as frozen foods and edible oils to major institutions across the nation. The Food Services Department markets the IFFCO products to the institutions in specialized SKU packs. Their major contribution comes from supplying oil and fats to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes).
