  • Discuss each morning daily targets and evening follow ups with sales team and devise strategies to achieve them effectively and timely.
  • Implement and improve the territories and zones network strategies to achieve the volume targets timely
  •  Identify variance from the sales targets and take corrective measures.
  • Reporting of primary & secondary sales to Regional Sales Manager and GM Sales on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 
  • New B2B induction and lead generations.
  • Customer retention and sustainable business.
  • Innovate & renovate (customized orders) business.
  • Targeted market (Saloon and Spas, Health Care Facilities, Horeca, O&I Like Telecom, Airlines)
  • Reconciliations of AFH ledgers
  • Conduct a Training Need Analysis of the sales team and make recommendations in the performance evaluation form with consensus with Regional Sales Manager & GM Sales.
  • Ensure timely coordination with sales team for trade offers and consumer promotions with all distributors are aliged .
  • Analyze current & new customer base ROI and submit report accordingly to the Regional Sales Manager & GM Sales.
  • Carryout preliminary evaluation of potential customers by analyzing their financial standing, ability to 
  • meet market demands, & reputation. 
  • Recommend short-listed customers to the Regional Sales Manager & GM Sales.
  • Recommend to the Regional Sales Manager, any terminations of existing customers, with appropriate reasoning and justifications
  • Market visits on daily basis and monitoring the competitor activities i.e. Competitor Analysis.
  • Develop the Journey Plan and inform Regional Sales Manager and to carry out market visits in accordance with the Journey Plan
  • Pass on all vital information pertaining to SateenSoft products and competitors’ activities, to the Marketing Manager through proper written reports.
  • Carefully review incidents of counterfeits and or infringements.
  • Evaluate each incident in terms of its intensity and frequency.
  • Report the major incidents or more frequent incidents to the Regional Sales Manager and GM Sales.
  • Take actions as requested by the Regional Sales Manager, together with the sales team.
  • Percentage achievement of the AOP for allotted territory.
  • Percentage annual reduction in the number of customers claims and complaints.
  • Percentage compliance with the Journey Cycle.
  • ROI management .
  • Increased on shelf availability.
  • Increased penetration by monitoring channel wise, sku wise sales and by adding new shops.
