Administration
Legal matters
Logistics
Transportation
House keeping
Security management
Clarity of labour laws
Office Supplies
Coordination with Government departments/agencies (WAPDA, LESCO, PTCL, SUI GAS, POLICE ETC)
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Looking after the assets, checking up and ensuing all is in order.
Hiring staff, dealing with them, organizing them with duties.
Car logs, maintenance, repair and all other required work to be carried out.
Stocks checks, inventory management.
Building and Motor repairs and maintenance.

Civilians from industry will be preferred.
